The only reasons matches may be rescheduled are for weather-related conditions or allowed tournament conflicts. All other matches must be played as scheduled. Only home team captains may schedule make-up matches. All matches (including rescheduled matches) must be played at the facility named on the Match Schedule. The facilities are paid in advance for use of their courts. We want to be good stewards of CSRATA’s funds and don’t want to take advantage of our facilities.

Arranging make-up matches with other than designated staff may result in the courts being re-assigned for other play without prior notice.

Fleming Tennis Center

• The home team captain calls Betty Jones at 706.796.5046 or Michael Hardin at 706.951.1834.
• Make-up matches may be scheduled for weeknights, Saturday before 12 p.m. or after 5 p.m., and Sunday before 12 p.m.
• Three courts are provided. Additional courts are provided when available.

Newman Tennis Center

• The home team captain calls Karen Ard or Dick Hatfield (in that order) at 706.821.1600.

•  Arranging make-up matches with other staff may result in the courts being re-assigned for other play without prior notice.
• Make-up matches may be scheduled for Tuesday (three courts), Wednesday evening (three courts), Friday evening (five courts when available), and Saturday or Sunday (five courts when available).
• Only one league make-up match will be scheduled for Wednesday evening.
• If no other league match is scheduled for Monday or Thursday evenings, courts for make-up matches will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Petersburg Racquet Club

• The home team captain calls the General Manager or the Director of Tennis at 706.860.9288.
• Desk workers are not allowed to reserve courts for make-up matches.
• Make-up matches may be scheduled for weeknights, Saturdays after 12 p.m. and Sundays after 4 p.m.
• Only one league make-up match will be scheduled per weeknight even if there are no other regularly scheduled league matches.

The Club at Raes Creek

• The home team captain calls Patrick Hayes or Richard Cutler at 706.738.4122.
• Desk staff is not allowed to reserve courts for make-up matches.
• Make-up matches may be scheduled on Monday, Friday, Saturday after 3 PM, or Sunday morning.
• Only one league make-up match will be scheduled per evening unless other courts are available.
• Make-up matches will not be scheduled during any CSRA tournament or our USTA Professional Women's Tournament.

West Lake Country Club

• The home team captain calls David Gleason at 706.863.4018.
• Make-up matches may be scheduled on Wednesdays, Fridays or the day of the week the league match was originally scheduled without a guest fee for non-members.

Woodside Country Club

• The home team captain calls Ben Cook at 803.641.7974.
• It may not be possible to reschedule a match for the day of the week it was originally scheduled, but every effort will be made to find a desirable date and time.
